They are incredibly fast and clear, and often over-deliver in terms of communications and expectations
Intro
Trustly’s old site couldn’t keep pace with 16 locales and two different audiences, so Flow Ninja redesigned and migrated it to Webflow — faster, cheaper, and clear for both B2B and B2C visitors. Trustly is a global fintech leader in open banking payments, processing billions annually for some of the world’s largest retailers and financial institutions.
What we did
Challenge
A site visitors struggled to read
Trustly's site had grown visually outdated and overly complex, making it hard for visitors to navigate or understand what Trustly actually offered. That especially blurred the line between its B2B and B2C audiences, who needed very different things from the same site.

Too rigid to test, too big to localize simply
Without modularity or flexibility built in, testing and optimizing campaigns was close to impossible. Scaling the site across multiple regions meant staying compliant with local regulations everywhere at once, which the financial sector doesn't bend on.

Solutions
Flow Ninja delivered a full redesign and Webflow migration for Trustly’s global site, built on a modular component system so new pages could go live without engineering, and introduced a unified global design system for easier localization and visual consistency across regions, all while keeping the platform aligned with the brand’s values of fairness and simplicity.

The results
The rebuild changed how Trustly’s digital operations run day to day: marketing launches campaigns faster and leans less on engineering. Early data points to real gains in sessions, views, and conversion rates, the new site is projected to save substantially on CMS and personnel costs, and separating the B2B and B2C journeys gives each audience a more direct path.
