Even without the price difference, I'd still have picked Flow Ninja.

Intro

21.co’s old infrastructure couldn’t keep pace with its complex, regulated financial data across multiple products and markets, so Flow Ninja migrated its sites to Webflow, cutting go-to-market time for new regions from roughly a month to a week. 21.co, the parent of 21Shares, launched the world’s first physically backed crypto ETP and, with Ark Invest, the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the US. With $10B+ in assets under management and a $2B valuation, it’s Switzerland’s largest fintech unicorn.

What we did

Migration
moved 21.co's websites onto Webflow in four months, fully reconfiguring the CMS and workflows behind them.
Localization
set up Webflow's localization and enterprise features so new regional sites could go live while still meeting financial regulatory requirements.
Launch infrastructure
structured the CMS so 21.co could launch new products, pages, and marketing campaigns without routing everything through developers.

Challenge

Financial data at a scale legacy systems couldn't handle

21.co's sites had to manage and display complex financial data across many products, keeping it accurate, accessible, and localized for different markets under strict regulatory requirements. The legacy systems behind the sites weren't built for that kind of data management or integration.

Growth outpacing the infrastructure

New marketing sites or product pages could take weeks to launch, and entering a new region took months. Daily tickets from stakeholders across departments piled pressure onto the development team, and as the business grew, keeping multiple developers on upkeep alone stopped being sustainable.

Solutions

Flow Ninja migrated 21.co’s websites onto Webflow in four months, using its enterprise and localization features to cut regional launches from months to days without stepping outside financial compliance, and configured the CMS and workflows so 21.co could launch new products, pages, and campaigns on its own going forward.

The results

The migration gave 21.co streamlined data management, faster launches across products and markets, and real cost savings — $300K saved annually with a 61.1% cut in page load time (1.34s to 521ms), replacing a slow, developer-dependent process with one built for agility.
